The UK affiliate of the global Chiesi group was established in 1999, and has grown to a team of around 400 people based in our head office in Manchester, a research and development centre in Chippenham and a network of field-based teams.
We're proud supporters of the NHS and each year we support educational events for thousands of healthcare professionals.

Our Global Footprint
We supply medicines to over 100 countries worldwide, and we have a direct presence in 31. Our production operations are spread between Italy (Parma), France (Blois), and Brazil (Santana de Parnaiba).
The Chiesi Group’s main R&D activities are based in Parma in our new Biotech Center of Excellence. The research in Parma is integrated with six other major research hubs, in France, the United States, Canada, China, the United Kingdom and Sweden.
