SpeakUp&BeHeard is the reporting channel where both Chiesi employees and non-employees can report concerns.

If you are an employee, please use internal reporting channels in the first instance (e.g. HR, legal and compliance functions) and inform your line manager of your concern. In the event that you do not feel comfortable raising your concern using internal reporting channels, you can use the Chiesi “SpeakUp&BeHeard” service.
When reporting through "SpeakUp&BeHeard", you can choose to disclose your personal data or remain anonymous.
Through “SpeakUp&BeHeard”, it is possible to report any suspected breach of the Chiesi Code of Conduct or violation of laws and regulations, affecting - in particular, but not only - diversity and inclusion; health and safety; interactions with healthcare professionals and/or patients; human resources; environment; bribery; data protection; animal welfare and antitrust.
